These rooms are inclusive of all rates including Council tax, gas, electric, water and wifi. A complimentary cleaning service is provided weekly where your room will be cleaned, bed linen and towels changed as well as cleaning the communal spaces.

 

The property does have space for 3-4 cars. This is on a first come first serve basis. There is ample car parking available on near by roads.

 

These rooms start from £485 pcm and are available to single occupants only. We are unable to accept DSS tenants and pets. To secure a room we require one months rent along side credit checks and references.
