Tincknell Property often has multiple projects going on at one time. Below are the schemes that are in progress at the moment:
Wells Road Trading Estate, Glastonbury
When we took over this site, the trading estate had fallen into a state of disrepair having been unoccupied for a number of years. It had previously been a furniture factory distribution business until its closure in 2008. On purchasing the site in July 2015, we began an extensive scheme of refurbishment. The first building to be completed was Unit 14, with tenants CRS opening its store there in Spring 2017. Work is still continuing on site, so watch this space for more details on units as they become available. We will be offering storage facilities at the site also.

Princes Road, Wells
The site we have taken over has long been an unloved and neglected building, that up until recently housed a car wash. Having had planning permission granted for 2 units we are now pleased to welcome our first of two tenants, Pets Corner.
Being in the heart of the city, we think this will help inject a bit of life back into a part of the city that has been overlooked and disregarded somewhat over the years. The units are modern, fresh and contemporary. Keep an eye out for updates as the work progresses.
